Iran president to announce cabinet on Sunday: parliament

TEHERAN - New Iranian President Mahmood Ahmadinejad will announce his cabinet on Sunday, local media quoted the deputy speaker of the parliament Mohammad Reza Bahonar as saying Saturday.
The would-be cabinet members must win the backing of the conservative dominated parliament before they can start their mandate.
The MPs have reportedly reached consensus about eight of the proposed ministers, among them the important foreign and oil ministers.
The interim mayor of Teheran, Ali Saidloo has been cited to succeed Bijan Namdar Zanganeh in the oil ministry and Manoochehr Mottaki, an MP, to replace Kamal Kharazi as the foreign minster.
The lists carried by the press include several conservative MPs with no women among them.
