Iran: Rally in front of Milad Hospital in support of Akbar Ganji

Around 250 people holding a gathering in front of Milad Hospital on Thursday to ask jailed journalist Akbar Ganji to break his hunger strike, ended their gathering by reading a statement, IRNA reported.
The statement said; "We want to ask Ganji to end his hunger strike and to be freed under the country's law."
They requested that Ganji's family and lawyers be allowed to visit him and also asked Ganji to use the medical services proposed by his family.
A member of central council of the Office to Foster Unity Ali Afshari, addressing the crowd, called for meeting Ganji in order to ask him to cooperate with his doctors and end his hunger strike.
Another political activist Ali-Akbar Mousavi-Khoeiniha, a former MP, who was among the crowd, said, "We are trying to meet with Ganji and ask him to end his hunger strike."
A few number of police force were also presented in the area.
